Due to anxiety problems & the fact that I haven’t really been wanting tea recently, I have successfully cut down my tea drinking drastically. I don’t think I’ve had more than two cups a day in the last two months. I’ve also been drinking decaffeinated tea as well (although it doesn’t taste as good).

I bought a Big Issue yesterday:

Apparently I don’t need a smear test until I’m 25, unless I have certain problems, which I don’t. Does that mean I’ve succeeded with this goal? Haha. I guess I asked about it, so I’ll take it as a success!

This summer I have actively tried to become more comfortable in my “hometown”. I have been out more than I have in recent years & haven’t felt intimidated. I think I have succeeded in overcoming my fear of walking through the town & being here in general… despite still not liking the place very much.

It was a “private” entry until now because I thought my mum would probably see it! I bought my mum some flowers… partly because it was on the list (& I wanted to do it) & partly to apologise for being such a pain in the bum recently. I hope she liked them! :)

My mum had a peek at my list & decided to take me to see Stonehenge today! :D Admittedly, it wasn’t quite as magical as I had hoped haha, but it was a nice day nonetheless. We also spent an hour or so in Bath on the way back, which was nice! Hopefully I’ll go back there when I’m feeling better (I think I’ve got a cold coming at the moment). I got some postcards in both places :)

I went a whole week without going near Facebook… I could have made it two weeks, but I briefly used my phone to be nosey. Hopefully I can try going another week without it when I do have access to the internet… see how much willpower I have.

I just spent two weeks in Florida. We arrived at Sanford airport in Orlando on 9th August & drove about four hours to get to where we were staying in Englewood! We also visited Venice, which was a lot nicer than where we were staying, I thought.

Whilst in Florida, I ran out of socks just before it was time to leave, so I bought a pack of six from Wal-Mart… not quite how I thought I’d be shopping for new socks, but it still counts I suppose!

I finally got to wear my bikini outside in Florida, I think it was probably the first (full) day we got there!
